The educator workforce crisis is a transformative opportunity to strengthen the backbone of our democracy – building skillful, critical thinkers and informed citizens by fostering confidence, curiosity and creativity. A well-prepared workforce which works with children of all ages (including childcare assistants, teacher assistants, teachers, childcare administrators and school administrators) is one of the most important resources society can provide their youth. To expect success from students, we must begin with transforming how we prepare educators by using Apprenticeships.
