​December 11: 4- 5:30PM EST Establishing a Registered Apprenticeship Program ~INTRODUCTION
Participants will develop an understanding of the “earn to learn” model for training educators and how it can address their educator workforce needs (including recruitment, diversity, and retention). Use this link to register!

​January 22: 4- 5:30PM EST- Establishing a Registered Apprenticeship Program ~Phase 1: ORIENTATION
Participants will understand the partnerships needed to create the RAP team and each group will explore the questions they need to consider in developing a Registered Apprenticeship Program for educators as well as connect with the NYS Department of Labor Apprenticeship Training Representative. Use this link to register!

February 12: 4- 5:30PM EST- Establishing a Registered Apprenticeship Program ~Phase 2: DESIGN AND REGISTRATION
Participants will continue the work of the RAP team, considering hiring needs, roles and responsibilities,
participation criteria, orientation materials, support protocols and services, budgeting, and identify data
and metrics for evaluation of the program. Use this link to register!

March 18: 4- 5:30PM EST- Establishing a Registered Apprenticeship Program ~Phase 3: IMPLEMENTATION
Stakeholder groups merge to complete the common work plan finalizing the budget and collectively bargained agreements; launch communication, marketing, and recruitment plans; identify outcomes for monitoring and data sharing; and establish the steering team. Use this link to register!
